tomato basil tarts~






Basil Tomato Tart

1 pie crust cut in 1/4s for small tarts
Salt and Pepper to taste
ripe tomatoes
green onions
fresh basil
mayonnaise
Swiss cheese

garnish~
black olives
fresh basil leaves

preheat oven to 350

layer tomatoes on bottom of piecrust, sprinkle green onions and basil evenly over the tomatoes. mix mayonnaise and cheese together and spread it evenly over tomatoes. Bake for 25' minutes until golden~


can be made BIG and beautiful too~
